ProJECT XODUS - MUSIC FESTIVAL
Project Xodus was a self-directed brief intended to conceptualise a music festival with zero limitations. I based the idea around escapism, abandoning your work commitments to disappear to a music festival like no other.
There were many deliverables for the project but they were all primarily based around visualising the event itself. To do this I created a digital 3d model of the event using Maxon Cinema 4d. In the process of developing the branded elements of the project I experimented with a photocopier and visuals of the logo to create trippy, lucid textures to implement on the 3D Models and the rest of the project deliverables.
Vanity - Men’s gift box set
The Vanity, Men’s gift box set was an outcome of a brief set to explore brand and packaging design. I decided to base my outcome around a Men’s gift box set and indulge a little in the concept of ‘men’s vanity’. The box set came complete with a style guide on tips and things you could do, to make your self look better. I also created a short animation to support promoting the gift box set.
SWAP - Men’s clothing
A self-directed project ‘SWAP’ was a charitable based concept focused on repurposing used men’s clothing. As a young man often up the town during evenings, I regularly confronted the challenge of ‘what shirt should I wear’. This led to buying new shirts when truly the best solution was to simply ‘SWAP’ shirts.
Faceless - Creative lifestyle magazine
Faceless was the outcome of a brief requiring us to produce a magazine spread. There was a minimal requirement for us to investigate trends before assembling our own. I decided to go a little further and produce a short magazine. I based by magazine upon the lifestyle of young artistic and creative people, a demographic I was familiar with and inspired by.
A trip to London
After trip to London, my classmates and I were asked to produce a piece of work documenting or illustrating our time in London, this is what I submitted in response to the brief.
Link36 - A short biking film
Link 36 was a self-directed project, dedicated to my passion for mountain bike riding. With the help of my biking friends I was able to create our very own trail blazing film.
